How to order Hysen Products?

Online purchase:

1. Log in to official website: www.hysenusa.com;

2. If you already have an account, please click “Login” in the top right corner. If not, click “Register” to complete the account registration.

3. Select “Product Description”, add the desired product to the shopping cart, click “Checkout” in “Shopping Cart” in the upper right corner, and follow the prompts to complete the purchase process;

The current website supports Paypal online payment methods, or contact online customer service for direct remittance;

Offline purchase:

If the shipping information is incorrect, how can I fix it?

If the order has not yet been paid, please enter “our account” -> “buy record”, cancel the order directly, and then buy again, enter the correct mailing information;

If the order has been paid successfully, but is still in the “processing” state, please contact customer service as soon as possible to modify;

If the order is in the “completed” state and the logistics order number has been generated, the mailing information cannot be modified;

Please ensure that the order’s mailing information is correct when purchasing the product;

How to cancel the order?

If your order has been paid successfully and the status is “in progress”, please contact customer service first and apply for cancellation.
If your order has not yet been paid, you can find the order you want to cancel in “My Account” -> “Purchase History” and click Cancel.
